We offer support services within business process management, case handling, service-oriented architecture (SOA) and business process analysis. As a part of the project, we use the IBM BPM tools, which are a unified platform, almost instantly ready for use in the standard configuration. Thanks to a close cooperation with the client, we also offer an implementation of a configuration adjusted to individual expectations. In order to better integrate with existing processes and IT environment, we offer a consolidation of the application environment, which guarantees better relation between the business side of the organization and its IT resources (SOA). Depending on the situation, we support each other with solutions of the application server, and flexible indirect software used for sending messages between the applications. An exchange of information in a form of queues is safe and reliable.
The solution implemented by us is very flexible and fully scalable. The applied products have an impact on lowering the costs of operation, arising from reducing integration costs and quick implementation. The implementation of unified business processes gives tangible benefits in short time, resulting in an increase in productivity in the team of employees.
